So tonight I took the steps to join a diet club; motivation in numbers so to speak.

It turns out I’d like to lose a stone in weight to be in my ideal dream of a body.  I’ve got my books, I’ve had my first weigh-in and now I have to wrap my head around what I can’t eat!!!

Day 1 starts tomorrow, so tonight I’ve gone mad on pizza and chocolate biscuits (last in a while).

Wish me luck….I think I’m going to need it and send me any tips you have.

I don’t want a ball for a belly, anymore!!!
